The Mummy MOT® was founded by leading women’s health physiotherapist Maria Elliott, who recognised that too many women were being told their postnatal symptoms were “normal”, when in fact, they needed professional support. Drawing on over 35 years of clinical experience, Maria created the Mummy MOT® as a structured, evidence-based assessment to help mums identify and address pelvic floor issues, abdominal separation, and postural problems.
