Returning to Exercise Post OASI
Do you want to start exercising again after an OASI, but don’t know where to start, who to talk to and what exercise would be the most suitable for your body and recovery?
Sustaining an OASI (Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury) can be a complex injury to recover from. In MASIC's first webinar of 2026 we provide a clear, simple explanation of how to return to exercising post OASI.
Our FREE webinar chaired by MASIC Advocate Karen Evans, with presentations from two leading Pelvic Health Physiotherapists - Gráinne Donnelly & Chloe Lewis who cover the key areas of returning to exercise, as well as giving the viewers an opportunity to ask questions** about their own specific areas of concern.
*1.5 CPD points will be awarded for this webinar, on completion of an evaluation form MASIC Evaluation Form Returning to Exercise Post OASI
**Please note that this is a recording and the Q&A session is now closed for further questions.
